Beware of Fraudulent Emails

Some delegates have recently received emails from third parties who falsely claim they are arranging accommodation for our Congress.

Please note that the designated platform for APAO 2025 hotel reservation is managed by Alpcord Network, accessible via this URL: https://conferenceindia.in/apao2025/delegate_acmdlogin.aspx.

Any communication regarding bookings from a source other than hotels@alpcord.net shall be regarded as potentially fraudulent. You should be extra careful with any request for credit card information. If you have any doubts about the sender’s identity, please contact us at secretariat@apaophth.org for verification.

The organizers of the APAO 2025 Congress have secured preferential rates at multiple hotels near YASHOBHOOMI (India International Convention & Expo Centre/ IICC) to accommodate delegates with different budgets and preferences. Reservations are now open via our booking platform and will be subject to room availability. We strongly recommend that you secure your preferred accommodation at your earliest convenience.

Group Booking

Only available for group bookings of more than 5 rooms during the Congress period.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Hotel booking is only available to registered delegates.

Please refer to the respective hotel’s confirmation details for their specific amendment and cancellation policies, including any applicable fees.
For any special requests, booking amendments, and cancellations, you may liaise with the hotel directly. To facilitate communication, please cite your booking ID that was issued upon completion of your reservation.

Notes

The standard check-in time is 15:00 and the standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and may incur surcharges.
Room upgrades, extra beds, and airport pick-up may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.

Shuttle Bus Routes

Complimentary shuttle bus services will be provided for APAO 2025 delegates, operating between all official hotels and the Congress Venue, Yashobhoomi, from April 2 to April 6, 2025.

Delegates are advised to arrive at the designated pickup points at least 10 minutes before departure.

As heavy congestion is expected around the venue, even during off-peak hours, we strongly recommend planning your journey in advance and allowing at least 30 minutes of extra travel time. This will help ensure you do not miss your scientific sessions and other scheduled activities.

Delegates may book airport transfers, along with hotel accommodation, via the hotel booking platform.
